Returns Policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a return or an exchange; providing they are in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition. 

All Items unless specified are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions 

  • The request is within 30 days of the receipt

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition

  • The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached

ZINGJ will not accept any returns without prior written communication.


To request a return, an exchange, or inquiries about your order please email customer service at Include your order number in the subject line for the best results.

ZINGJ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy. 

Returns Timeline

1. After submitting a refund or exchange request by contacting us, we will notify you of the review result and give you back our warehouse address. You just need to return the package to our return address. Note: Return costs need to be borne by the customer.

2. After you send the return package, Reply to us with the return tracking number so that we can track the package. Then please wait patiently for us to receive the return package.

3. We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will cancel the order for you and give you a full refund. If you need to cancel the order due to customer reasons after 24 hours, we will charge a 15% order processing fee, and we will provide You refund 85% of the order value.

Refund Payment

  1. Your refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive the return package for you.
  2. Please note that the refund part only includes the cost of the item, the shipping cost will be deducted.
  3. After processing the refund for you, we will send you a refund email. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by the bank, which takes about 3-10 days to process. Please pay attention to your credit card refund records and bills. If you find no relevant records, please contact your bank to check the refund progress.
    Orders paid with Paypal will be processed by Paypal and refunded to your Paypal account within 1-2 days

Please note ZINGJ is not responsible for Customs and Duty charges or shipping charges on authorized returned merchandise.
